Deleting your data

Delete everything

Sign in, open Billing, cancel any subscription, then choose Delete workspace and type its name. This removes your workspace, its research, scripts and files, its connected channels and their access tokens, and your account if you have no other workspace. It happens straight away; backups roll over within 14 days.

Disconnect one channel

On the Calendar page, press the × next to the channel. We delete its access token and its scheduled posts. You can also remove the app from the platform's own settings (for Instagram and Facebook: Settings → Business integrations).

Can't sign in?

Email hello.pixelpuff@gmail.com from the address on the account and we'll delete it within 30 days.
